The treatment costs are the same. However, we do charge a 'call out fee' based on your location. For most addresses with a 'BS' postcode within the Bristol area the charge is £30. If you live outside our main area the cost will be slightly different. We will let you know if the cost is different.

We're proud to be able to offer our mobile earwax removal visits on dates and times that suit you.
There is no restrictions on the places we can visits. If you live at home or within an care / residential home we're more than happy to come and visit you.
If yourself, a family member or friend would also like earwax removal treatment we can arrange that to happen all at the same time. You can then split the call out fee between you all to save some money on the visit!
Unlike our clinic appointments, we allow longer for home visits. This allows us to spend time understanding your needs and providing additional treatment time if required.
Should you prefer it, we're able to offer all our services at your home address at a time and date that suits you. Our mobile ear wax removal treatment at home is no different to our in clinic appointments. You will still receive our highly rated treatment. Professional ear wax removal at home, provide a convenient solution for those who struggle with ear wax buildup but find it difficult to visit our clinic.
This service is particularly beneficial for elderly patients, those with mobility issues, or individuals who feel more comfortable receiving treatment in their own environment. Our home visits usually take 45 minutes per patient, with aftercare instructions provided to help prevent future buildup and issues. Should you require a specialist follow up, we will provide you with a referral letter to give to your GP, Audiologist or ENT specialist.

We have created a simple and effective booking process for our home visits in care and residential homes. You can simply discuss your needs with a member of staff and they will arrange a visit for you at a suitable time.
If you're unable to access ear wax removal services whilst in hospital or a community rehab environment, we're happy to come and support you. You will need to discuss this with the ward manager first to make sure they're happy to facilitate our visit.
Our home visits are very straight forward and tailored around your needs. If you prefer having medical treatment in an environment that is known and comfortable to you, we're more than happy to visit your house. You can book a home visit that fits around your schedule.
